Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, holidays, or extreme weather conditions.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are carefully packed to help protect your chocolate during transit.
Shipping times vary based on location and carrier and are not guaranteed.
Hope’s Vegan Treats is not responsible for:
• Carrier delays
• Weather delays
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Packages left unattended after delivery
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Warm Weather Shipping
Chocolate is heat-sensitive and may soften or melt in warm temperatures.
During warmer months, we may:
• Use insulated packaging or ice packs
• Ship only on certain days to reduce transit time
• Temporarily delay shipping during extreme heat
These precautions help reduce risk but do not guarantee that melting will not occur.
Hope’s Vegan Treats is not responsible for melting once the package has shipped.
Customers assume responsibility for selecting appropriate shipping options and retrieving packages promptly upon delivery.
If chocolate arrives soft, it can usually be restored by placing it in the refrigerator.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:
• The product
• The packaging
• The shipping label
We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they ship.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
