Shipping

All purchases from Hope’s Vegan Treats are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Warm Weather Disclaimer
Chocolate is sensitive to heat. While we take precautions during warm weather, we are not responsible for melting once a package has been delivered.
If your chocolate arrives soft, we recommend placing it in the refrigerator briefly to firm up.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and retrieving packages promptly after delivery.
Allergens
All products are 100% vegan. However:
- Some products contain nuts, gluten, or soy
- All items are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and allergen information before purchasing.
